Cat's 2012 Mini Calendar [Tear-off, Coaster, 4x6 Frame]
updated for 2012, here's my all-original mini calendar template. because of its size, these calendars are perfect for "tear-off" calendars, for use on coasters. or in 3x5 or 4x6 frames.
you'll find several versions: a standard monthly template, and a monthly template that includes the year on each calendar 'page'. and, this year, i've created a version using a script font for the month label [see next post in this thread for download file].

i have dozens of calendar templates right here on SCS that i’ve been posting and offering up for free. you can find them by performing an advanced search on posts “created” by me, Cat, in the download forums. you can perform an advanced search for threads created by me in the downloads forum, or if you need a little help, send me a PM. i receive dozens of messages about my templates, so please be patient regarding a reply.
hopefully this helps you find the template you’re looking for.

if you use my templates, please add links in this thread so others can enjoy your creations. also, please credit this source and consider linking back to this thread so others can find the template as well!
here is a truly WONDERFUL project made by a fellow stamper that was gifted to me! that's right, she created one of these and sent it to me. i was totally WOWED when i saw it. she included a 3x5 acrylic frame (for desk display) and a really cool box to hold the rest of the year (when it wasn't in the frame). the photos don't do it justice.
Ann's calendar creation
hope this provides a little inspiration for your projects.
I really appreciate your work on getting this calendar file made for us each year. I use it to make things for craft fairs.
I was wondering ... (and this might very well be way out of the ballpark ... but ... ) if there was a way to format your template to print off a calendar this very same size, only for the school year. Say, August through June of the next year? I'd like to make desktop calendars for teachers, using coasters and I would love to have a template to print off especially for teachers' calendars.
This is just a thought. If it is not something that could be done without a lot of trouble, I certainly understand.
Or if there is a link to the 2013 calendar, I can use a combination of months from both pdf files.

sorry, Paula - i've been away from SCS for a while and just saw your note today. 2013? already? actually, i usually start working on my templates near the end of the year, so 2013 really isn't that far out of the ball park.
if you need something sooner, or special, i often do "commissioned" work - creating special templates for trades. email me if you're interested.
Each year I do mini calendars that fit inside the acrylic 3 1/2 X 5 frames. The month and days are at the top and then the bottom half is left open for stamped images. For the templates, each 8 1/2 X 11 page has 4 months on it. Is that enough info Cat, or do I need more details? I'll try and download a copy of mine that I did last year so you can see an example.
i think she means like the CD calendars.... which are two months to a "page" and leaves room for images above each calendar -

is that what you mean? would love to see a picture of your project. email one to me, if you can @ [email protected]
Thanks Cat for the calendar templates. Is there anyway I can revise it - wanted to highlight the Sat/Sundays and block off the holidays. I tried saving it as a word document but it wouldn't open.
Thanks for all the work for us who couldn't figure this out. I'm making journal holders for christmas and was so excited to find your template and wonderful instructions. I'm a stampin up demo in Minn. Would like to order the inventory sheet but not sure how to do that. [email protected] thanks Linea
Thank you so much for your work in creating these calendars! I think they are going to be perfect for a project that I am currently working on... I only have one question... how do you make them so that they are "tear off" style? Any suggestions?

sorry honey! i had issues with people taking the file and implying it was their own; i no longer post editable files. however, if you're interested in something special "just for you", i often barter services. just PM me.
